GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Spinach Vancouver seeds directly outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked in spring. Choose a location with full to partial sun and well-drained soil. Space seeds 1-2 inches apart in rows 24 inches apart, covering them lightly with soil.

Germination occurs within 7-14 days. Once seedlings are 2 inches tall, thin them to 4-6 inches apart to ensure adequate space for growth. If transplanting, harden off plants by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions over a week.

Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Fertilize every two weeks with a balanced fertilizer or liquid seaweed. Harvest leaves regularly to promote new growth. Enjoy fresh in salads or cooked dishes for a nutritious addition to meals.
