At Verdica Garden, we know how important it is for you to receive your gardening supplies promptly and efficiently - Planning for a growing season can start weeks, months or even years in advance, and we value your trust, time and loyalty. That’s why we promise to ship all orders within just 2 days of payment. We understand that waiting for your seeds can be a bit nerve-wracking, so we make it a priority to keep you informed. You’ll receive updates and tracking details via email, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns

We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth as possible, even if you need to return an item. If for any reason you find yourself needing to return unopened and undamaged merchandise, we’ve got you covered. Returns are accepted within 30 days, but please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply. We believe in making this process as easy as possible, which is why we provide a prepaid return label and free door pickup for your convenience. Pack your product, tape on our label and leave it at your door, and we'll come get it.

Replacements

We understand that gardening can sometimes come with its challenges, especially when it comes to seed germination. If you encounter any issues with your seeds not germinating, we’re here to help. You can choose to either receive a replacement shipped express or opt for a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Substitutions

In the event that it’s too late in the season to grow the affected seed product, we won’t leave you hanging with an empty spot in your garden. If you'd still like to plant something for the season, we’ll work together to offer an alternative seed option along with a discount code for future orders, so you can still enjoy your gardening journey without missing a beat.

Verdica Garden

Founded in 2022, our mission is to make gardening more accessible by giving you access to more seeds, information and great service.

We partner with existing seed companies, organize their catalogs and handle logistics. Our mission is to be helpful, responsible and accountable to our customers.

David Moukperian

David Moukperian’s roots trace back to his family farm in Southern Ontario, where he spent his youth tending and harvesting crops. Owning several restaurants, his passion for great ingredients grown close to home led him to co-found Verdica.

Ariel Lezen

First educated as an Engineer, Ariel found a passion for data science and biology, and with it, an interest in seeds and gardening with all the exciting variations within. His struggle to find well-organized information and products was the catalyst for starting Verdica Garden

Tanner Turnbull

Tanner Turnbull, trained as an engineer, brings his passion for data and systems to Verdica. He thrives in building and refining the database, organizing products, and managing logistics. With a love for both web design and backend development, Tanner ensures the foundation of Verdica runs smoothly and efficiently.
