GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start sowing Radicchio Fiero seeds outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked in spring. Choose a sunny location and plant seeds 1/4 inch deep. Space seeds 1 inch apart in rows 12 to 18 inches apart.

Germination typically occurs in 7-14 days. Once seedlings reach 2 inches in height, thin them to 8 inches apart. For continuous harvest, sow seeds every two weeks throughout the growing season.

Water regularly to maintain consistent moisture, but avoid waterlogging. Harvest when heads are firm and reach desired size. Enjoy fresh in salads or as a cooked vegetable. Radicchio is frost-tolerant, allowing for extended harvests in cooler climates.
