GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start your Primo Red Tomato seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in a sterile starting mix and firm the soil above. Keep the soil moist and maintain a temperature of 75°F for optimal germination, which should occur within 6-10 days.

Once germinated, provide seedlings with 14-16 hours of light daily. Transplant them into 3-inch peat pots when they reach 5 inches tall, burying the stem deeper to promote strong root growth. Gradually acclimate them to outdoor conditions before planting out, ensuring night temperatures are warm.

Plant outdoors in full sun and nutrient-rich, well-drained soil. Water regularly and fertilize with a balanced mix to support growth. Enjoy a bountiful harvest of large, flavorful tomatoes perfect for salads and cooking.
