GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by soaking the sunflower seeds for 1-4 hours to kick-start the germination process. Use a shallow tray filled with soil or a sprouting medium. Scatter the seeds evenly and cover them lightly with soil. Keep the tray in a warm, dark place for the first couple of days.

Once the seeds have begun to sprout, move the tray to a sunny location or under grow lights. Ensure the sprouts receive adequate light for optimal growth. Water the sprouts regularly, keeping the soil moist but not waterlogged. Within 8-10 days, your sunflower microgreens will be ready to harvest.

To harvest, use scissors to cut the sprouts just above the soil line. Rinse them thoroughly before use. These microgreens are perfect for salads, sandwiches, and as a nutritious snack. Store any unused seeds in a cool, dry place to maintain their viability.
