GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start by sowing the Premium Lettuce Mix Seeds indoors in containers or directly in the garden when the soil is workable. Lightly cover the seeds with soil, ensuring they are spaced 6 to 7 seeds per foot. Lettuce prefers cooler temperatures, so aim for early spring or fall planting in full sun to partial shade.

Germination occurs in about 7-14 days. Once seedlings reach 2 inches in height, thin them to about 8 inches apart to allow room for growth. If starting indoors, gradually harden off seedlings by exposing them to outdoor conditions for a few hours each day before transplanting.
