GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow cilantro seeds directly outdoors in early spring or late summer in a sunny location. Choose light, sandy soil enriched with peat moss or leaf mold. Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep and lightly cover with soil, keeping the soil consistently moist until germination.

Germination occurs within 7-14 days at temperatures between 68-75°F. Once seedlings are 2 inches tall, thin them to a spacing of 6-8 inches apart. For continuous harvests, sow seeds every few weeks.

Cilantro requires regular watering but ensure the soil is well-drained. Harvest leaves once they reach a desirable size. For seeds, allow the plant to flower and set seed, then collect the seeds when they turn brown.
