GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Parisian Gherkin Cucumber seeds directly outdoors after the last frost, or start indoors 2-3 weeks earlier in Jiffy pots. Plant seeds 1 inch deep and 120 cm apart in well-drained soil. Ensure the site receives full sun for optimal growth.

To germinate, maintain consistent soil moisture and temperatures between 70-85°F. Transplant seedlings outdoors once they have 2-3 true leaves and after the danger of frost has passed. Gradually harden off plants by exposing them to outdoor conditions over a week.

Support plants with a trellis or fence to maximize space and ease harvesting. Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Harvest cucumbers when they reach 2 inches for pickling or allow them to grow larger for fresh consumption.
