GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Minuet Chinese Cabbage seeds directly outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring. Space seeds 6-7 per 30 cm of row, lightly covering them with soil. Thin seedlings to 30 cm apart once they reach 7 cm in height. For an early start, sow indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost, maintaining a germination temperature of 21°C.

After germination, reduce the temperature to 15°C and ensure the seedlings receive ample light to promote strong growth. Transplant outdoors after hardening off, spacing them adequately to allow for full head development. Water regularly, especially in hot conditions, to prevent bolting.

Harvest in about 48 days when heads are firm and compact. For continuous yield, plant successive sowings 10 days apart. Enjoy the delicate flavors in a variety of dishes, from salads to stews, making the most of its crisp texture and sweet taste.
