GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start sowing Mesclun Mix Lettuce seeds as soon as the soil can be worked in early spring. Choose a sunny location and sow seeds directly into the ground, lightly covering them with soil. Space seeds approximately 6 to 7 per foot of row.

Germination occurs in about 7-14 days. Thin seedlings to about 8 inches apart to allow ample space for growth. If transplanting, harden off seedlings by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions before planting them in the garden.

Water regularly to keep the soil consistently moist. Harvest young leaves when they reach 2 inches in height for the best flavor. Replant every two weeks to ensure a continuous supply of fresh greens throughout the growing season.
