GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Merlin Beet Seeds in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked. Plant seeds 1 cm deep in well-drained soil, spacing rows about 45 cm apart. Ensure the area receives full to partial sunlight for optimal growth.

Germination occurs in about 5-10 days. Once seedlings appear, thin them to 5-10 cm apart to allow for proper development. Use the thinned greens in salads or as a nutritious addition to meals. Gradually acclimate young plants to outdoor conditions if starting indoors.

Water regularly to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Harvest beets when they reach about 2 inches in diameter to ensure tenderness. Gently pull them from the earth to maintain their vibrant color and nutritional value. Enjoy fresh or store for later use.
