GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Italian parsley seeds in early spring, about half an inch deep in well-drained soil. Space seeds 1 inch apart in rows that are 16 inches apart. Ensure the planting area receives full sun to partial shade.

Germination typically takes 14-28 days. Thin seedlings to 6 inches apart once they reach 3 inches in height. For a continuous supply, succession sow every few weeks.

Water regularly, keeping the soil moist but not waterlogged. Harvest leaves as needed throughout the summer. Transplant some plants into pots at the end of summer for indoor growth during winter.
