GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Green Goliath Broccoli seeds outdoors as soon as the soil can be worked, or start indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost. Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep in rows 18 inches apart. Thin seedlings to 12-24 inches apart when they reach 3 inches tall.

To germinate, maintain soil temperatures between 60-70°F. Transplant hardened seedlings outdoors after the last frost, spacing them appropriately. Gradually expose indoor seedlings to outdoor conditions over a week to harden off.

Water regularly to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged. Fertilize with a balanced fertilizer every 3-4 weeks. Harvest the main head when it's tight and firm, and continue to pick side shoots for an extended harvest.
