GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Cauli Cheddar Cauliflower seeds outdoors in early spring as soon as the soil is workable. Plant seeds 6-7 per foot of row, lightly covering them with soil. They thrive in full sun and typical garden soil.

For an early start, plant seeds indoors 2-3 weeks before the last frost. Maintain a germination temperature of around 70°F, then reduce to 65°F with additional light after germination. This will strengthen growth and prepare seedlings for transplanting.

Space plants 1 foot apart once they reach 3 inches high. Stagger sowings every 10 days for a continuous supply. Harvest vibrant yellow heads, rich in beta carotene, for nutritious culinary uses.
