GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start Prudens Purple Tomato seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow seeds a quarter inch deep in seed-starting mix and keep the soil moist. Ensure seedlings receive ample light, around 14-16 hours per day, for healthy growth.

Once seedlings have two sets of true leaves, transplant them into larger pots. Harden off plants by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions over a week. Transplant outdoors after the last frost, burying them deeper than they stood in pots to promote strong root systems.

Provide regular deep watering, especially during fruit development, to prevent blossom end rot. Support plants with stakes or cages, and prune occasionally for better airflow and sunlight exposure. Enjoy fresh, flavorful tomatoes throughout the growing season.
