GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

To start growing wheatgrass, soak the seeds overnight to enhance germination. Spread them in a thick layer on a tray filled with soil, covering lightly with additional soil. Place the tray in a location with partial sunlight and keep the soil consistently moist.

Germination will occur in just a few days. Once the sprouts begin to appear, ensure they receive indirect sunlight and maintain moisture. Transplanting is not necessary as wheatgrass is typically grown in trays.

Harvest wheatgrass when it reaches 6-8 inches in height, usually within 7-10 days. Cut the grass just above the soil line. Use it fresh for juicing or allow it to regrow for a second harvest. Keep the tray in a bright, warm spot for continuous growth.
