GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Parsley Turnip Rooted seeds in early to late spring, directly into the garden or a deep container. Plant seeds 1 cm deep and 25 cm apart, using 3-4 seeds per cluster. Ensure the soil is deep and loose for optimal root growth.

Germination occurs in 14-21 days. Once seedlings appear, thin them to retain the strongest plant in each cluster. Transplanting is not recommended due to root sensitivity. Keep soil consistently moist to encourage healthy growth.

Maintain regular watering and mulch to retain soil moisture and prevent root splitting. Harvest roots in late summer to early autumn for the best flavor. Leaves can be used fresh throughout the growing season. Store roots in a cool, dry place for winter use.
