GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Start Cajun Belle Pepper seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in seed-starting mix and keep the soil moist. Maintain a temperature of around 72°F (22°C) for optimal germination.

Once seedlings are about 5 inches tall, transplant them into larger pots. Harden off the plants by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions over a week. Ensure night temperatures remain warm before planting outdoors.

Plant in full sun with well-draining soil. Water regularly but avoid overwatering. Fertilize with a high-phosphate solution to encourage fruit production. Harvest when peppers turn deep red for the best flavor.
