GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Sweet Pea Lavender seeds directly into the garden in early spring, as soon as the soil can be worked. Choose a well-drained, sunny location and create a trench about 7 cm deep. Place seeds 3 to 4 per foot of row and cover with 2 cm of soil, gradually filling in the trench as seedlings grow.

For better germination, soak seeds overnight before planting. As seedlings emerge, thin them to 15 cm apart. Provide support with netting or a trellis for the vines to climb. Harden off seedlings if started indoors before transplanting.

Water regularly, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Feed every two weeks with a high-phosphate fertilizer and liquid seaweed. Enjoy the vibrant, fragrant blooms in your garden or as cut flowers in bouquets.
