GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Mei Qing Choi seeds outdoors as soon as the soil is workable. Lightly cover the seeds, spacing them about 6 to 7 seeds per 30 cm of row. Thin plants to 30 cm apart when they reach 3 inches tall. For an early start, sow indoors 2 to 3 weeks before the last frost date.

Germinate seeds at 21°C (70°F) in 7 to 10 days. After germination, maintain a cooler temperature of 15°C (65°F) under adequate light to strengthen the plants. Harden off seedlings by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions before transplanting.

Enjoy continuous harvests by staggering sowings every 10 days. Regular watering during hot weather is crucial to minimize bolting, keeping your pak choi tender and succulent. Harvest young for tender baby pak choi or let mature for larger yields.
