GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Sow Big Chili Pepper seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Use a seed-starting mix, cover lightly with soil, and keep the temperature around 22°C (72°F). Ensure the soil remains moist.

Once seedlings emerge, provide 14-16 hours of light daily. When plants are about 12 cm (5 in) tall, transplant them to larger peat pots and maintain a cooler temperature of 17°C (62°F) for optimal growth. Harden off plants before transplanting outdoors when night temperatures are consistently warm.

Plant in well-draining soil in full sun, spacing plants 18-24 inches apart. Regular watering and fertilization will support healthy growth and high yields. Harvest peppers when they reach your desired color, green or red. Enjoy them fried, grilled, or stuffed for a mild, flavorful addition to your meals.
